Will I Have A Friend?

This morning we read the book "Will I Have A Friend?" and played a game to find a new friend in the room.  We practiced using scissors, glue sticks, and white boards for the very first time and did a great job!  The class also earned two compliments from other teachers for their quiet walking in the hallway.  Wow!  We are half way to our first compliment party.  When we spell out "S-U-P-E-R-S-T-A-R-S" we get to vote on a class celebration.  This afternoon also marks the beginning of our first class project.  Thank you to my brave volunteer moms.  Be on the look out for our cute new hand artwork when you come for curriculum night next week.
