Boo!

We had the best time at our first class party, despite the little bit of rain that happened on our parade.  A HUGE thank you to all of the mom's, dad's, and grandparents who shared their time with us today.  I appreciate you more than you could possible know....and so do your kids!  Have a safe and happy Halloween night!

Halloween Fun...festivities to come!

So before I post all the adorable pictures of my little heroes in their costumes here are a few snap shots from our "free choice time" this afternoon.  We completed reading and writing workshop in the morning and did such a beautiful job.  They had the choice of spider (counting) or scarecrow (counting/matching) math, white ghost, white ghost what do you see? reading, or star fall harvest/Halloween activities.  Flynne even brought in an amazing Halloween song book that had the kids 'howling'.  So far our day has been nothing short of "spook-tacular"! It's a great day to be a kindergartner!
